These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 7bbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7bbet website located at https://7bbet.vip and all associated services, features, content and betting markets offered therein. By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or placing any bet or wager on the 7bbet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access, register on, or use the 7bbet platform in any capacity. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and 7bbet relating to the subject matter herein. 7bbet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on 7bbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above. 7bbet strictly prohibits use by persons under 21 years of age, regardless of local laws that may permit gambling at a younger age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity, and you are registering a personal account for your own use only.
• You do not already hold an active 7bbet account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access is lawful in your location.

7bbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

7bbet uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect account data in transit. However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You use the 7bbet platform at your own risk in so far as your device and network security is concerned.

All financial transactions on 7bbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7bbet supports deposits and withdrawals via local mobile financial services and bank partners. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 7bbet account within a few minutes of confirmation. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact 7bbet support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. Processing times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.
• 7bbet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently, which are outside 7bbet's control.

7bbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious. During a review, affected funds may be temporarily held pending satisfactory explanation. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable financial crime regulations.

7bbet offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after a qualifying deposit has been successfully processed and confirmed. Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are credited directly to your gaming account.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each offer.

7bbet does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific promotional offer. Seasonal promotions such as BPL season offers, Eid specials and Pohela Boishakh promotions are subject to their own separate terms and are available only during the stated promotional period.

All bets placed on 7bbet are subject to the following rules governing bet acceptance, settlement and disputes:

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from the platform. Network interruptions during bet placement may result in a bet not being recorded. 7bbet accepts no liability for bets lost due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• All cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a disputed result, 7bbet's decision is final pending any official ruling from the governing body.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or interrupted, settlement will follow the specific sport's rules as detailed in the betting help section. For cricket, DLS method results are accepted as official for settlement purposes.
• 7bbet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, that resulted from a system error, or that was placed at clearly erroneous odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting errors in bonus crediting, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Match fixing, collusion with other players, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any betting market through coordinated, dishonest or illegal means.
• Use of VPNs, proxies or other technical tools to disguise your true location or to access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Money laundering or the use of 7bbet as a conduit for processing funds derived from illegal activities. 7bbet complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes raised with payment providers without first contacting 7bbet support in good faith to resolve the underlying issue. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

7bbet employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited behaviour may result in the forfeiture of all account balances, both bonus and real-money, without prior notice.

7bbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct or failure to comply with verification requests.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or other legal requirement compelling 7bbet to restrict or close the account.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 7bbet may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, forfeited amounts will not be returned. Where closure is voluntary or for administrative reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

All content on the 7bbet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface designs, audio and video material, is the intellectual property of 7bbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the 7bbet platform without prior written consent from 7bbet. Unauthorised use of any 7bbet intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7bbet excludes all liability for the following:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, which are the inherent and expected outcome of betting activities and are borne solely by the player.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime or data loss arising from circumstances beyond 7bbet's reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, content or promotions displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies, provided that 7bbet acts in good faith to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
